Design/Discovery
Our risk management practitioners work with the Project Manager, system engineer, mission assurance staff and risk manager to determine and detail the risk management process needed for the project. Risk Management Corporation helps develop the risk management plan based on the projects’ requirements and needs. We will instruct the risk management team in detailing the process and defining their roles, responsibilities and requirements for the implementation and maintenance of the risk management process: including development of definitions, vocabulary, structure, reporting requirements, etc.
We instruct and facilitate the application of the risk management process as documented in the project’s risk management plan.
We help define criteria for:
- Validation, acceptance and migration of risks
- Likelihood /probability and consequence /impact
- Trending, tracking, triggers and thresholds
- Authority and communication flow
We then support the project by implementing the process and planning for risk identification and management utilizing key methodologies and techniques. We evaluate and implement your database system and facilitate the assessment of risks throughout the project. Continuous assessments and follow-ups are performed on a monthly basis.
The training, implementation, facilitation, and mentoring activity can be conducted at the requestor’s facility or at neutral training facilities located off site near the requestor’s site. Evaluation/assessments will be conducted on site at the organization or facility being assessed. Activities can be conducted in small group training sessions or large-scale briefings based on specific objectives of the requesting organization.
