Organizational Background
The Risk Management Corporation (RMC) was formed for the purpose of strengthening institutional risk positions of government and business organizations involved in highly technical programs and projects. RMC provides program and project risk management training, and implementation workshops ranging from general awareness seminars intended for every level of functional personnel within an organization, through specific one-on-one mentoring to risk practitioners on individual projects. RMC also has the capability to conduct risk evaluations and assessments of organizations, suppliers, and/or contractors.
Who We Are
The principals of the RMC are individuals with long term involvement in NASA and DOD program and project management, systems management and engineering, and safety and mission assurance. They have lead in the implementation and management of many highly complex systems and facilities, programs and projects, including manned and unmanned space missions, aeronautic and space launch systems, mass transportation systems, and marine surface and subsurface systems. Their experience has enabled them to support, evaluate, assess and train many project teams in project and risk management. RMC principals are the developers and facilitators for the current life cycle based Foundations of Project Management traing and the Advanced Risk Management training for NASA.
